Accessibility Statement
General Background
The website of “Villa Rozen / Villa Uno” aims to provide an optimal user experience for the entire public, including people with disabilities. We have invested significant effort in enabling, simplifying, and improving the use of the website, with a focus on the needs of this audience.
The internet is currently the largest source of accessible information for all users, and especially for users with disabilities. As such, we place great importance on providing equal access to the information presented on our website and on enabling a better browsing experience. We strive to ensure that our digital services are accessible to people with disabilities, based on our belief that every person deserves to live with equality, dignity, comfort, and independence. To fulfill this commitment, we aim to adhere as closely as possible to the recommendations of the Israeli accessibility standard for online content and the international WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

Accessibility Statement for the Physical Location
Unfortunately, the physical location is not accessible.
The villa is a private home in which we host guests. It was originally designed for private use and therefore was not built to be accessible.
The main challenge is access and movement throughout the villa and the rooms using a wheelchair.
Guide dogs:
The concept of the villa is that all areas outside the rooms are shared by all guests. Some of our guests arrive for medical treatments in nearby hospitals, and animals in the shared space might cause difficulties for them.
Please contact us prior to booking to confirm whether arrival with a guide dog is possible.
We are currently in the planning stage of making the location, or parts of it, accessible. Once implemented, we will update the website.
Browser Compatibility
The website was tested on the following browsers:
